This is more or less a brand new bike, along with all of the above I replaced most nuts, bolts and washers etc while rebuilding the bike, I’ve used better (often handmade) gaskets so there is minimal (it’s a triumph) oil leakage The bike also comes with a twin Amal carb setup & (including cables, throttle and velocity stacks) should you want a more original approach, ( they will need to be tuned to suit the engine mods) There is also a set of swept back handle bars for a more cruising ride The tuning is now set and forget which can be a hassle with older bikes, this one starts pretty much first kick every time and it’s not hard to kick at all Being a 1963 it’s pre-compliance for rego and is legally registered i SA, it is also built to comply with the road worthy standards set-out by the dept Best of all this is a completely original Bike Build and Mods Frame • Rear frame is a custom made hard tail, 400mm extension, 200 mm lowered • Neck stem raked 10 degrees, bearings replaced • Custom oil tank, battery box, rear guard and sprung saddle (cover made with saddle leather) • Fork seals replaced • Painted Flat Black (Spies Hecker) Engine • Main and shell bearings replaced • Crank journals machined and crank rebalanced • New conrods, pistons (std size) and rings • Barrels resleaved to std size • New T 120R cam • Head shaved • New valves, springs, push rods and guides • Valve seats replaced with stainless steel ( to run unleaded petrol) • New timing chain, guides and tensioners • Reconditioned oil pump • New twin 32mm Mikuni carbies (Dyno tuned by Competition Conversions) • Side covers Satin Chromed Gearbox • 1st and 2nd dogs replaced • Bushes and main bearings replaced • Some sincro’s replaced • All shafts, 3rd and 4th dogs in Very good condition Electronics • Trispark electronic ignition, coils and other components • All new wiring loom and modern electronic components installed by Bikelec • New LED tail light • New Hi/Low beam head light • New horn General Other • Custom exhaust (with exchangeable mufflers and header baffles to run straight trough exhaust) by redline exhaust • New custom rear rim and spokes • New chain • Brake shoes relined and hubs machined • 1954 triumph tank with centred pop up fuel ca,p Flat Black (Spies Hecker) • Alloy engine mounts • All top quality cables
