Recently recommissioned after being laid up for 20 years. Starts first kick every week when I give it a small run. Very strong running drivetrain. High compression high output compy engine requiring 98 octane fuel minimum (dry kick warm reading 195psi). The Norton register in the UK records this International with frame No 42245 and engine No G11 42245 as being shipped to Disney's Motors Melbourne in 1952 with a dispatch date Dec 3rd 1951. Very strong running bike. Very well maintained and a real credit to its previous WW2 dispatch rider owner and accompished speedway competitor who purchased it in the 1950s' as his favourite daily ride. The engine being rebuilt enhanced at some stage early in its life. 63,000 miles recorded.
