New model for Husky line up
It is the TXC 250, 450 and 510. Originally developed for the USA market, extensive research into the model convinced Husqvarna that the TXC would be a valuable addition to the Husqvarna range in Australia. At first glance the TXC doesn't look much different from its other TC family members. However, the secrets lay within. Using the TC's incredibly capable chassis, the TXC adopts the power plant from the TE range (including electric start, but not fuel injection), along with the 18-inch rear wheel, and six-speed gearbox, while keeping the TC's 50mm sealed-pump Marzocchi forks.
Other features for the TXC are the same as the rest of the new look 2008 Husqvarna range, with white powder coated frame, matte black bottom end on the engine, "race" red rocker covers, tapered black Tomasseli handle bars, Sachs shock, and the narrower profile through the tank and radiator.
After attracting a lot of interest at the Brisbane & Melbourne Motorcycle Expos the TXC's are now available from your local Husqvarna dealer.
