2013 Suzuki Boulevard M109R released

While the retro-styled C109R caters to the classic cruiser market, the Boulevard M109R combines big bore performance and cutting edge technology with smooth, modern lines.

This latest version of the M109R retains its 109 cubic inch (1,783cc) liquid-cooled DOHC v-twin engine, which includes Suzuki's advanced Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel-injection system amongst its race-proven engine technology that's designed to produce tractable power and responsive torque.

The slash-cut, stainless steel, chromed exhaust and Suzuki Exhaust Tuning (SET) system carry over on the 2013 model, providing optimum performance and a distinctive V-twin engine note.

Developed from Suzuki's competition machines, the M109R's inverted front forks feature race-proven internals with massive 46mm stanchion tubes.

The widest rear tyre ever used on a Suzuki motorcycle - 240mm - helps deliver the incredible power of the Boulevard M109R and complements its aggressive look.

A low and comfortable riding position is delivered by the solo seat, while the pillion cover can be easily removed to accommodate a passenger when required.

A handlebar-mounted instrument cluster includes a digital tachometer, gear position indicator and LED indicator lamps, complementing the tank-mounted analogue speedometer and LCD odometer, dual tripmeters, fuel gauge and clock.

New on the 2013 Boulevard M109R is a Pearl Mira Red colour scheme, as well as a colour-coded headlight cover, blacked out wheels and clear lens tail light and turn signals.

"For fans of traditional cruiser livery, the Boulevard M109R is also available in black," he added.

The Suzuki Boulevard M109R is now available for an RRP of $18,990* for the basic black version, and $19,490* for the Pearl Mira Red version. Both are backed by a two-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.
