(Can provide video of cold start on first kick) Engine Specs. crankcase, flywheel, Conrod are Mod 50 with aluminium competition cylinder and modified head machined to achieve squish band and flat crown XT500 piston. 87x88mm. 523cc. gas flowed head with Austinetic 214N valves and Colsibro bronze guides. Inlet taken out to 34mm, polished with 15% downdraft and 44mm inlet valve. This results in a 17% increase in flow rate. -performance valve springs and insulator platforms fitted. -high-performance race cams. -lightened, polished and crack tested rockers (was 248g, now 160g) -rebuilt AMC 4 speed gearbox.
