In a late 60’s Kawasaki KH500/250 rolling frame. Very tidy little classic custom with a ‘Mike Pemberton’ race-spec 523cc engine capable of over 110mph. Brand new tires last week. Fork seals done last week. Carb freshly cleaned and tuned. Starts first or second kick every time. (Can provide video of cold start on first kick) Engine Specs. crankcase, flywheel, Conrod are Mod 50 with aluminium competition cylinder and modified head machined to achieve squish band and flat crown XT500 piston. 87x88mm. 523cc. gas flowed head with Austinetic 214N valves and Colsibro bronze guides. Inlet taken out to 34mm, polished with 15% downdraft and 44mm inlet valve. This results in a 17% increase in flow rate. -performance valve springs and insulator platforms fitted. -high-performance race cams. -lightened, polished and crack tested rockers (was 248g, now 160g) -rebuilt AMC 4 speed gearbox. New drive and driven clutch plates. -new ignition sprockets and chain. New stator and rotor. 12v neg earth.
