We purchased this scooter from England in parts. We are not aware of another one in Australia. They are rare enough in Europe, especially in this condition. Fortunately, the scooter arrived here in reasonable condition, and almost complete. The scooter was professionally restored from the ground up and is in excellent condition cosmetically. The rubbers are a combination of NOS, remade, and original, so there is some colour variation. The engine starts, and has good compression, but does not run. It needs tuning but we have run out of time and are getting too old, hence the sale. This model carries the 125cc three speed four stroke engine borrowed from the Motobecane D.45 moped- possibly a more widely available source of spare parts. It is a kick start but needs a 6v battery to run the lights. The scooter is known for its cast aluminium body, and was designed by Géo Ham, the famous French artist and illustrator. Runs 8-inch wheels.
