This has been a great motorcycle and has had the following work carried out- -2Pac Paint -Motor fully rebuilt and converted to 500cc from the original 350cc capacity, all new bearings, bushes, valves, guides, seals piston, rings, new cush drive as well as all new bearings throughout. -The clutch has been converted to the “Triumph” 4 spring type for ease of use and maintenance, utilizing all new bearings, surflex plates and new steel plates as well. -The Lucas MO1 Magneto has been fully reco’d, and the bike starts first kick every time. -All new brake linings used throughout, as well as all new wheel bearings. -All new cables. -Original Smiths chronometric speedometer has been pulled apart, checked, cleaned lubricated and then assembled using a brand new face as well as odometer no’s. -All brand new UK exhaust and Silencer. -New levers. -New fuel Tap. -Brand New Saddle and chrome springs. -New Tank Badges and kneepad rubbers. -New Headlight and switch. -New tyres and tubes. -All new rubbers utilized throughout. This bike rides and feels just like a bike of this vintage should, and is very reliable as a BSA should be, British Engineering at is finest.
