So when it is wet, you need a waterproof jacket and they don't come much better than the 'Belfast' Gore-Tex waterproof jacket from Dainese.

Using technology developed in part from Valentino Rossi's Dainese race suit, the Belfast jacket is not only 100% waterproof, but also breathable thanks to the Gore-Tex lining. The Belfast also offers good abrasion resistance thanks to its tough D-Stone & Cordura material construction. Removable composite shoulder, elbow & forearm armour is fitted as standard. Combined with the D-Stone material in specially thermo-formed shoulder areas, this helps reduce shock by 20%. A pocket for a back protector is included and the Belfast also features a removable thermal liner for the worst that Winter can throw at you.

With that in mind, the 'hydraflap' enclosure on the front of the jacket makes the front zipper both 100% wind and waterproof. The front pockets are fully waterproof, too - a real bonus!

Neck & wrist fastenings are adjustable, as are anti-flap straps on the arms, whilst the reflective inserts make for safer Winter night riding. Being a Dainese, it also looks great - of course!
