HISTORY
* Honda, like Yamaha, dared to build a series of 4-stroke singles in the style of vintage British motorcycles and were well ahead of the cafe racer trend to come twenty years later. The 'TT' in the nameplate commemorates Honda's return to winning the Isle of Man TT with Joey Dunlop on a Honda RVF500, its first win there since Mike Hailwood in late sixties. The Honda GB series also come with both ELECTRIC START and kick start, unlike the Yamaha SRs singles of the same vintage.
