Moto Morini 500 Sport (SEI-V). 1981 Purchased from original owner in 2021. 40,000 km from new. Since purchased I have rebuilt the brakes including new hoses, new chain and sprockets, new wheel bearings, new Bridgestone tyres and tubes, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt starter motor including new centrifugal legs, new timing belt, new rear shock absorbers, new fuel and breather hoses, new Tarozzi rear sets, new Deka battery and many smaller jobs. Other than setting the tappets, fresh oil and new plugs I've not touched the engine as its going so well. The mufflers are non standard but both look and sound good. As well as riding it myself I've had a couple of experienced riders on the bike both commenting on how well it went and how Italian it felt. The Moto Morini is not perfect as I have not restored it, but its a very fine example of a mid sized Italian V Twin.
