When we got this bike it was a good running clean bike but in need of some freshening up. It is showing 25k miles on the clock. We stripped it to a bare frame and 2 pack painted the frame and all the metal parts. The wheels were rebuilt. The hubs were vapour blasted, relaced with new spokes and fitted with new tyres. All bolts on the bike have been re-zinced. The chrome was replated. The engine is in excellent running condition. The bike has had a full service on it including valve clearances. The carburettors were totally cleaned & new plugs, air filter etc were fitted. The body work was repainted professionally in 2 pack paint. New side cover and tank badges fitted. New rear shocks, new switch blocks, new indicators were fitted. New complete seat. New battery, new brake hoses, new speedo cable, new handle bars, new grips were also fitted. The front brake calliper was rebuilt, bead blasted and repainted in 2 pac. The bike has new pads & new brake shoes in the rear. A new reproduction exhaust has been fitted. The original gauges were disassembled and cleaned internally. Selling unregistered. Import paperwork is provided for registration purposes. We only do a visual inspection of the bikes therefore, we don't know the bore sizes & cannot see if there is any internal wear etc. We do run them in our workshop and perform a short test run to check the running of engine, gearbox, clutch etc prior to sale.
