It is fitted with the original engine to the frame. As much original parts were used as possible within reason. The bike has been back to a bare frame and built up from there. All the painted metal parts have been media blasted and repainted in 2 pac paint. The bolts washers,springs etc have been rezinced. The engine was pulled down and the cases vapour blasted, The top end was rebored and fitted with new piston and rings and timing chain. The Valves lapped in and fitted with valve stem seals. New gaskets fitted through out. The outer engine cases repolished,New outer case screws fitted. The carbs were stripped,vapour blasted.The metal parts re zinced.all cleaned and retuned. New carby inlet manifold and carby to airbox rubbers and new airfilter fitted. H4 headlight fitted for better lighting. New indicators and stems and mounting rubbers. The front and back wheel hubs were vapour blasted and fitted with New rims and spokes and tyres and tubes. The front forks were rebuilt with new seals and dust covers. Tapered headstem bearings fitted. The lower legs were vapour blasted and the outer parts of the legs polished There is new chain and sprockets fitted. New front and rear guards fitted. New switch blocks,new throttle cables,tach cable and clutch . Gauges stripped and cleaned and repainted. New rear shocks. The body work was repainted in 2 pac to a high standard and fitted with new badges, New complete seat fitted. New brake hoses top to bottom. New brake mastercylinder. New brake pads. New brake rotors. New repro exhaust system. New dry cell battery. New complete seat. Plus Lots lots more. The bike runs and rides beautifully. Ready for club rego or the centre piece of the man cave.
