Built and reconditioned by prominent Ducati builder/mechanic. Approx 500 km since rebuild. Prior to the rebuild in 2018, this 450 Desmo was used for "Road use and Club Racing". Since the rebuild, this bike is used for road use only. This bike has very strong compression. Extraordinary handling. Refurbished Scarab twin disc front drakes on a Borrani rim. Complete engine rebuild including big end balancing. Dellorto PHF36 carburettor. Custom Conti exhaust, Custom dash featuring a keyed (kick start) ignition, Veglia tachometer, dash running/operating lights, Rear brake light and front and rear indicators, plus a solo seat. Please note, with the inclusion of the dual front brakes, dash, solo seat, indicators etc are not original to this model but fitted to enhance the riding experience and to bring this bike to a safe Road worthy condition. Included are many spare parts including a decomposition unit, electronic ignition, reproduction seat blank and tail light to original design, original head light unit, 450 cylinder, many gaskets and carburettor parts to mention a few. This bike is in very very good condition and is exciting and beautiful to ride !
