Super Soco offers free ORCs on TC
Super Soco Australia are covering the cost of registration on their TC Café Racer electric urban commuter, saving buyers up to $500.
Available for a limited time only, the free on-roads offer takes the ride away price of the stylish TC Café Racer from an already cheap $5,490 down to just $4,990.
With summer around the corner and cities coming back to life, it’s time to start riding again, and the TC Café Racer allows you to do it in a clean and green way with ultra-low running costs.
The light and manoeuvrable TC Café Racer is powered by a 3000W hub-mounted Bosch electric motor, with FOC vector controller, producing a maximum 150Nm at 550rpm. Able to climb a 17-degree gradient and with a restricted top speed of 50km/h, the TC is fuelled by a 60V/30Ah lithium-ion battery with overcharge, overcurrent, temperature and short circuit protection.
Recharge time is 7 1/2 hours using a conventional 240V outlet and costs an estimated 50c per charge. Batteries can be charged in or out of the bike and the listed range of up to 80km can be doubled as the TC has provision to take a second battery.
Other Super Soco TC features include an automatically adjustable LED headlight, LED DRL, tail light and indicators, tele fork front and monoshock rear suspension, CBS disc brakes (240mm front with 2-piston caliper, 180mm rear with single-piston caliper) and a backlit instrument pod with LCD display.
Dimensions are comparable to other LAMS models, with 17-inch alloy wheels, a 1320mm wheelbase, 150kg weight and 776mm seat height. Pillion pegs are standard and rider footpegs are 6-position adjustable.
The Super Soco TC is available in four colours –Black, Blue, Green and Tan.
The free on-roads offer on the Super Soco TC Café Racer is available until 30 November, 2021. See your Super Soco dealer for more details.
