Safe, Smooth Shell

Revolutionary “pre-preg” shell technology, developed by Scorpion EXO, provides unrivalled protection. On the EXO-R1 EVO Air, this multi-layered Ultra TCT Pre-Preg shell combines fibreglass and poly-resin fibres for minimum weight, maximum strength and superior impact dispersal.

DOT FMVSS No. 218 Certified, the shell also has the top ECE R22.06 rating.

Aero-tuning of the shell reduces aerodynamic drag and improves balance, while also delivering amplified ventilation. A large top vent efficiently draws in fresh air, while exhaust vents effectively expel hot air, keeping you cool.

Maximum Vision

With a wide eyeport providing a panoramic view of 190 degrees horizontally and 100 degrees vertically, nothing escapes your sight in the EXO-R1 EVO Air. The optical Class 1 clear shield allows you to see the road with utmost clarity and features Hard/Anti-Fog coating for clear, fog-free vision. A smoked shield and Pinlock 70 MaxVision insert are included.

A ratchet system on the shield has a preset "City Position" that opens to allow more fresh air in at low speeds, while Ellip-Tec ll Ratchet tech enables tool-less visor changes in seconds.

There’s also a latching shield locking mechanism that ensures a tight seal against the eyeport gasket for secure operation and optimal protection.

Ideal Inside

Laser-cut ‘3D Contour Fit’ foam pads inside the EXO-R1 EVO Air provide enhanced comfort and a precision fit.

The ‘AirFit Inflation System,’ developed from MotoGP, allows a personalised fit, while also reducing wind noise and lift. An inflation ball delivers a snug fit with fewer pressure points, minimising helmet vibration and lift at higher speeds – ideal for track days, but with benefits for all riding conditions.

Other premium features include ‘KwikFit’ 3D sculpted cheek pads are the quick-release type for emergency situations. These pads also feature pre-cut channels that make it easy to put on and remove glasses, enhancing comfort and convenience.

Soft ‘KwikWick lll’ lining with anti-microbial fabric keeps you cool and dry in warm weather and warm in cool weather. With advanced moisture-wicking and odour control, the lining is also fully removable, washable and replaceable.

Additional Features

The EXO-R1 EVO Air also comes with a breath deflector for enhanced fog-free performance, premium pull tab for easy chin strap adjustment and a high-strength titanium D-ring fastening system.

A custom-designed Prime helmet box, with top cover and side towers, securely holds and protects the helmet from damage. A Prime helmet sack is included, too.
