Engine is Yamaha XT660 (from the legendary Tenere). Dependable, fuel efficient and cheap to maintain. Chain replaced November 2014 - has only done 3000kms New rear tyre February 2014 (done <1000kms), front has about 90% tread K&N air and oil filters I've done oil changes as required, using Yamaha oil ACT rego to October 2015 One minor issue: Fuel gauge doesn't work. Never bothered to fix, I just use trip meter Lovely and comfortable to ride long distances, economical commuter, quick through the turns, and very capable on dirt tracks.
