Seller's Description
We have advertised this bike at bike at $36000 with a couple of interested party but no buyers now listed at $32000 we believe this represents massive value, but this is a buyers market and we are open to hearing a buyers thoughts. All serious offers will be considered.
This is a genuine ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY & there's a lot to get through so I need 5 minutes of your time.
This bike is about as rare & desirable as bikes get & it took 5 painstaking years to build.
The owner advises me that there were only 780 of this particular Rickman frame ever made for the entire world market.
This frame number is 4337 ( July 1974 ).
The original owner lived in QLD & took delivery of his Rickman frame in 1997, the doner engine is a K series CB750/4 but it has a 812cc Yoshimura kit & Honda T10 camshaft fitted so it's pretty lively.
The bike eventually fired into life in 2001 & in the 5 years between then & 2006 it traveled a mere 728 kms.
The bike was not used at all until 2015 when it was sold.
The current owner who is the second owner bought the bike & shipped it to WA where it has been lovingly cared for, the current owner has done less that 79 kms
( yes that's seven zero ) since taking delivery in 2015.
The bike was stripped in 2017 & the frame was nickel plated & a new ECU fitted.
I have in my possession a valuation certificate as at October 2019 from Raider Motorsport ( International Motorcycle Traders ).
The valuation states that the bike should be advertised at $44900.00.
